Vis žadu sau , kad susiimsiu ir pradėsiu rūpintis savo antsvoriu. Jau išbandyta nemažai dietų, tik deja, jos greit įgrįsta. Šį kartą besilaikydama dietos, bandysiu ir pasportuoti. Tam reikalui net treniruoklį-dviratį nusipirkau, taip pat į darbą(30 min.) ir iš darbo(30 min.), eisiu pėstute. Pirmai pradžiai manyčiau užteks.
Be galo mėgstu Bollywoodo filmus. Mėgstamiausia aktorė Kareena Kapoor, todėl karts nuo karto paskaitinėju apie ją. Va taip užtikau kaip Kareena "pametė" 12 kg prieš filmo "Tashan" filmavimą. Akys labiau užkliuvo už jogos pratimų."1000 Nos Kapalbharti and 50 Times surya Namaskar". Apie jogą nedaug žinau, todėl buvo įdomu sužinoti kas čia per pratimai. Dabai galvoje sukasi mintis, gal reiktų pasimokinti jogos. Juk jei nedės, tai ir nepakenks.

I am already walking to work and coming back from it. All together it comes to one hour brisk walking. For the beginning I think it is enough.
